A multifunctional high rise building with 26 storeys. The program is defined mainly by office spaces and is organised by the idea of a rhizom.

 

Rhizom as a network concept links the floors vertically through recreational hubs such as green spaces, workshop areas, a climbing wall, fitness halls, an auditorium, a café, a swimming hall in the basement and is complemented by a roof top terrace.
