The project consists of several new buildings and purposes; a hotel; an office; a volley hall; and an extension of the harbour and the park into playful areas with water sport, saunas and new green connections. With the project we aim to combine the many qualities of Bjergsted by emphasizing the identity of this multicultural and active area. By focusing on breaking down the barriers between the harbour front and the park Bjergsted merge into an urban and transparent area. In extension we aspire to create a landscape existing of many connections across the site; from water to park; hotel to park; hotel to water; office to park; office to water; and hotel to office.
